AWS Lighsail WordPress Server is Normal, But Can't Connect With Ezoic

I experienced a problem on my server message on AWS Lighsail Wordpress, the server is normal but I can't connect properly on ezoic, earlier this afternoon it was normal there was no problem. after updating 2 articles suddenly my server cannot be accessed until now.

For the Lighsail Server Side of my current order

1. Connect using our browser-based SSH client
( can be accessed normally )

2. Metric graphs
AVERAGE CPU UTILIZATION PER 5 MINUTES
( 0.8% )
REMAINING CPU BURST CAPACITY (PERCENTAGE)
(100%)

I tried to backup and restore creating a new wordpress account accessible, guess my old wordpress has a problem what is it?

please help answer because my old server has been down for 13 h, until now it has not returned to normal.

Is the new WordPress instance created from backup doesn't have any connection issue now? If you're still seeing any issue, please contact AWS customer support so Lightsail team can better assist you.
