Urgent Request to Open Port 25 for Email Verification Tool - AWS account 339712877468

Dear AWS Team,

I am writing to urgently request your assistance with an ongoing issue regarding the opening of port 25 on our AWS infrastructure.

We have recently developed an email verification tool that operates via a Python script running on our backend servers. It's important to note that our intention is not to send emails through port 25, but rather to utilize it for the execution of our script, which is crucial for the functionality of our service.

Regrettably, despite submitting multiple requests to remove the restrictions on port 25, we have yet to see any progress. It has now been more than two weeks since our initial request, and we continue to receive automated messages indicating that access to port 25 cannot be granted. Furthermore, the suggestions provided by your support team to utilize AWS SES (Simple Email Service) are not applicable to our use case.

We understand the importance of security measures, but the inability to access port 25 is hindering the operation of our email verification tool, which directly impacts our services and our customers. Therefore, we kindly request your prompt attention to this matter and urge you to expedite the process of opening port 25 on our AWS infrastructure.

Your swift action on this issue would be greatly appreciated, and we are available to provide any additional information or clarification you may require.

Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. We look forward to your prompt resolution.
