Mysql Snapshot migration to Aurora MYSQL taking too much time

MYSQL (5.7)RDS has 5 gb of data, i am trying to migrate the snapshot of it to Aurora MYSQL(5.7). the migration process is running from past two days, i am unable to view any progress. how can i fasten the progress? i have also tried below approach https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonRDS/latest/AuroraUserGuide/AuroraMySQL.Migrating.RDSMySQL.Replica.html but this is also taking time and not completing
