How to open port 25 with a solution feedback

0

Hi, I have read this https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/lightsail-port-25-throttle by my experience AWS wont remove that port even we try to follow their word

Provide the required information in the Use case description field: A clear and detailed use case for sending email from your Lightsail instance. A statement outlining your plan to confirm that your account isn't implicated in sending unwanted emails. Confirmation that the request is for the Lightsail instance. You can also provide the Lightsail instance name. The Region where your Lightsail instance is hosted.

One thing it like we paid to have cloud but can't event host out company email instead they asking us to use AWS mail instead! What if my user account 250 account? How can I afford to use AWS mail service?

My question want anyone to help answer is when we fill form to request restrict port 25 why AWS not reply what wrong that our Lightsail server to meet their need to remove port 25?

Why when submit form request than reply without any what's wrong? Just simple reply AWS recommend to use AWS mail service!!!!!

What wrong than we can fix it to get remove port 25. Hope AWS check that again. What wrong?

Example: my server not configure firewall or rule or not update server.

Hope you understand what wrong to get remove port 25. If ASW not happy to remove port 25 don't write https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/lightsail-port-25-throttle to submit form. Useless! Because what wrong AWS don't understand don't tell what's wrong to fix get remove restrict port !!!

Have you read this documentation: https://lightsail.aws.amazon.com/ls/docs/en_us/articles/amazon-lightsail-configuring-reverse-dns

Ensure that you have followed all the prerequisites documented on this page.
