SES unable to send verification email

0

Hello. I created this new account last week ( over 4 days ago) I created a new domain in route53. ( over 4 days ago) Now I want to use it as an email domain in SES. Since I thought the 72 hours period after verifying the domain could be the problem, I did wait for 72 hours.

Now Any of the new address I want to create with the new domain are able to send verification email.

I tried multiple things, i tried verify email i already owned, which is working fine. I tried setting email receiving to s3 and sns, i do get the sns email in the s3 bucket and on my email where sns is sending notice. But still unable to receive verification email from the new address.

Read a lot of post, one of them suggested to create workmail account with that new email address/domain. I did that, i was able to send email from that account using workmail, but i am not receiving the reply or the verification email.

Also asked to be removed from sandbox which was approved and now out of sandbox. I tried everything I know about setting new email with ses ( not my first time) but none of the things I tried works.

Please help.
