Hi.
Check the Content-Type in S3, make sure it's correct. Since the file start to download and not playing, it sounds like the content-type can be wrong.

Thank you for your prompt answer. Please, know I am not experienced in using S3.
Could you tell me which tab to click to get to that section where I can see the content-type, and which content-type it needs to be in order for it to play after clicking the URL?
That would be great!

Hi.
Click on the file in S3. Select Properties tab and scroll down to Metadata. You should see what content-type s3 has detected and you can change it.
