Password reset for Wordpress instance in Lightsail

I've a Wordpress instance running in Lightsail. When I go to log in, it will not accept my password.

I go to reset my password, and it then tells me my email is not correctly configured to send email.

I visit the getting support for resetting my password link, and it appears to be only relevent to the Wordpress site itself, not the version in Lightsail.

How can I get my password reset?
