I understand you're concerned about your support case regarding billing charges. I can provide some guidance on how to follow up on your existing case.
To add correspondence or check the status of your support case, please visit the AWS Support Center at https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/. From there, you can view your open cases and add additional information or updates directly to your case. This ensures your request stays in the proper queue and reaches the billing support team.
For billing-related matters, the AWS billing team will review your case and respond according to your support plan's response times. If you haven't received a response within the expected timeframe for your support plan, adding a follow-up message through the Support Center is the best way to bring attention to your case.
Please continue to monitor your case through the AWS Support Center, and the billing team will assist you with your refund request and any account-related questions you have.

Hi there,
I'm so very sorry to hear that your support case is not assigned.
I've taken action internally to give your case visibility.
Continue keeping an eye on your case for updates.

Hi Aimee, thank you again for your help. It has been 6 days since your internal escalation (and 1 month since the ticket was opened), but my case status is still showing as 'Unassigned.' The automatic emails about the past-due balance are still coming in. Could you please check if there is a block on my case, or ping the billing team one more time? I really appreciate your support.
