Assuming your using windows and have a volume on a partition configured as MBR
3 options.
- One option is to create a spanned volume.
- The other is to use a 3rd party tool to copy the volume to another type of partition

What ever you do ensure you have a working backup or image of the machine and volumes before proceeding.
