Resolve Domain on route 53

Good afternoon I have a problem, I have an application on AWS and I need to solve its domain in a secure way, the way applied was: configure the cloudconnexa of openVpn, for the VPC where the application is located, in addition, it was necessary to check Route 53 where the domains were registered, pointing out who is responsible for solving.

But today I need to replicate this situation but I'm not getting the success, Can someone help me?
