You're correct that the age of your documents is likely causing the rejection. According to AWS Marketplace KYC requirements, business documents should be issued within 180 days unless otherwise specified.
For the Certificate of Existence, you'll need to obtain a recent one (less than 180 days old) from your state or country's business registration authority. This is different from your Certificate of Incorporation - it's a current document that verifies your business is still active and in good standing.
For the Share allotment document or Shareholders ledger, you'll need to provide a current version dated within the last 180 days. This document should show the current ownership structure of your company. If your shareholder information hasn't changed, you may need to create an updated version of the ledger with a current date, signed by a legal representative of your company.
The KYC process typically takes about 2 weeks to complete, but can take up to 30 calendar days. If documents require correction or resubmission, this can add another 5-10 business days to the process. Ensuring your documents meet all requirements, including the 180-day timeframe, will help avoid further delays.

Hello,
I faced a similar issue with SNS SMS Sender ID registration. AWS Support kept requesting documents repeatedly, and sometimes the case was even closed. I resolved it by working with our TAM and Solutions Architect, who helped prioritize the request internally."
Note: As per the best practices "Ensure all documents are clear, legible, and current (typically issued within the last 3-6 months for address verification)."

I was able to get a Certificate of Existence to (hopefully) meet the requirement for the Statute Document. The other error I'm facing is an address mismatch, where the 'Registered business address' (under the 'Business information' section) shows:
8 Queen St N, Unit 3
Kitchener N2H 2G8
ON Canada
While the document I've provided for the "Registration Extract" shows:
8 Queen St N, Unit 3
Kitchener ON N2H 2G8
Canada
Aside from the province (ON) being in the different spot, I can't see where the mismatch exists.
