One of our clients is migrating their salesforce instance to Hyperforce. Salesforce has identified some organizations that may be using Salesforce Express Connect (SEC), which provides direct connectivity only to Salesforce orgs on first-party infrastructure. These organizations might face issues as SEC is unable to connect to Hyperforce.

The Salesforce Amazon Connect CTI Adapter does not use Salesforce Express Connect (SEC) for its connectivity. The adapter operates over standard internet protocols using browser-based WebRTC for voice media streams and API calls between Salesforce and Amazon Connect.
