Branching Strategy CI/CD GitHub Actions

Hi AWS, I am building CI/CD pipeline for an ASP.NET 4.7 demo application. The URL for the same is https://github.com/arjungoel/HelloWorldSampleApp. Supposedly this project is for the clients I am supporting and the clients are (DEVELOP, QA, UAT) etc. and I have created separate branch for all clients individually and created a new workflow file like deploy_<environment>.yaml and it is working as expected. However when I am merging all the clients code to master branch for Production release it is showing the same code for all the branches. I am not sure if it is working correctly and also I want to improve the code.

Please help.
