Error When I create a Bucket Policy Why?

Question

I am trying to grand a webpage public access however my bucket policy is not being processed through the AWS console or through the command line.  
  
So here is was what I have done:  
  
1. I have obviously a created a bucket.  
2. Uploaded an html doc called index.html  
3. Enabled static website hosting pointing to the default page of index.html for the purpose of a Bucket Website Endpoint  
4. Cleared Block Public Access   
  
Now when I go to Bucket Policy I get this error:   
  
**Unknown Error**  
An unexpected error occurred.  
**API response**  
  
Policy has invalid action

I have figured what the problem was.   
The issue was simply bad syntax of the code itself.
