I can't delete DHCP and AWS managed keys

0

Hello, when trying to delete the DHCP from the Europe(Stockholm) and Asia-Pacific(Osaka) regions I am logged out of the AWS account and I cannot delete it, I have tried with other browsers and on other computers, just the fact of accessing the VPC service, I am logged out of the AWS page. Another problem I'm experiencing, the delete option is not enabled in Key Management Services (KMS) > AWS managed keys, I tried to delete via CLI and it returns unauthorized user.

  • Can I ask why you are even trying to delete the AWS managed KMS keys? You aren't being charged for them.

Hi,

It could be that your account is being considered “suspicious” so it may have been blocked or in other terms, not allowing you to do certain actions.

I would suggest to reach out to support for further troubleshooting.

  • thanks for answering. It's very curious because when I switch to the two regions mentioned, the page stays on loading for a while and then returns to the AWS login screen
