Windows administrator server 2019 password lost

If you are using Windows 2019, you should be able to change the administrator password by following the instructions in the following document.

You can reset the password using the reset passsord option in fleet manager as follows.

This is non intrusive. Ensure your EC2’s have the correct iam policies and access to SSM.
