Request for Ghost Blueprint Update (New dependency)

Hello, would it be possible to get the Lightsail Ghost blueprint updated from 5.67.0-2 to 5.72.1 or higher (which has been released by Bitnami). Ghost has moved to dependency on Node 18 so it is no longer possible to update existing instances.

Hello.

New blueprints cannot be used unless AWS updates them.
So I think the only option is to start Lightsail using a blank OS-only blueprint and then install the version of Ghost you want to use.
