Hi, I faced the same issue today. My exam was originally scheduled for 20th August, however, due to health issues, I rescheduled it to 21 August, but when I tried logging in on the exam day, it said No Show!!?? And I clearly remember it saying that the reschedule is done on the portal. Did you find any solution?
Same for me I scheduled my to May 1 but then reschedule it to May 6 Hawaii time. Just tonight I checked my exam and it says no show. It must be a common issue with rescheduling of AWS exams!
If you rescheduled correctly, you will receive an email confirmation of updated changes.
