For FSx ONTAP NTFS volumes extremely slow response when accessing file properties (via right click on a folder)

It takes almost 2-3 minutes for the drop down to come up after right clicking on a file or folder on a FSx ONTAP windows volume. Has any one else seen this issue with their windows volume? Any advice or suggestions.
