SFTP gives error 'Exhausted available authentication methods'

I have a Linux-2 LightSail server running with Virtualmin to manage multiple webservers. I can sftp into 1 of the webservers but when trying to setup sftp on other webservers i get the error 'Exhausted available authentication methods. Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance.' How can I fix this?
