Lambda AccessDeniedException: UnknownError

In my AWS environment when I go to Lambda functions, I get a Unknown Error message. And I also get a 'AccessDeniedException: UnknownError' when I want to access Lambda with terraform. The images are attached below.
Please help me, I cannot figure out any resolutions for these issues.

Hello.
Does the IAM user you are using have the necessary IAM policies attached to operate Lambda?
There may also be a problem with your AWS account.
Therefore, please contact AWS Support by opening a case under "Account and billing".
