HI,

Please follow below procedure

1 Increase Service Limits: You can request an increase in service limits for your AWS account. This involves submitting a request to AWS Support to raise the limits on EC2 capacity blocks or any other resources you may need.

2.Optimize Resource Usage: Review your current resource usage and see if there are any optimizations you can make to better utilize your existing capacity. This might involve resizing instances, using reserved instances, or adopting other cost-saving strategies.

3.Consider Alternative Solutions: If capacity blocks are not feasible due to limitations, explore alternative solutions such as using on-demand instances, spot instances, or leveraging other AWS services that align with your requirements.

4.Consult AWS Documentation and Support: AWS provides comprehensive documentation and support services. You may find valuable information or guidance by consulting the AWS documentation or reaching out to AWS Support for assistance.

Hi,

You have to go to the service quota for EC2 (Console > Service quotas) and check how big is your quota for the kind of EC2 instance that you want to launch.

Then, if insufficient, make a a request to raise it. When granted, you'll be able to start this specific type of instance.

Best,

Didier
