I understand you're encountering an audit error when trying to update your product visibility to public, even though your seller profile appears complete with tax and banking information verified.
Based on the error message you're receiving, the system is indicating that there may be missing seller profile information that's required before a product can be made public. While you've mentioned that your tax and banking details are complete, there are additional profile requirements that must be met.
Before you can update your product to public visibility, you need to ensure you have added a complete public profile to your seller account. This public profile is separate from your tax and banking information and includes details that will be visible to potential buyers in AWS Marketplace.
To resolve this issue, I recommend:
- Review your seller profile in the Settings tab of the AWS Marketplace Management Portal to ensure all required fields for a public profile are completed
- Verify that your public-facing seller information is fully populated, not just the tax and banking details
- Once you've confirmed all public profile information is complete, resubmit your visibility change request
If you've verified that all profile information is truly complete and you're still receiving this error, you should add correspondence to your existing support case through the AWS Support Center at https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/ to have the AWS Marketplace team investigate the specific validation that's failing for your account.

By "Seller Profile is complete" I meant that all public Profile information is also completed. Already Raised a Support case but no response has been received
