QuickSight无法将用户添加到组中

【以下的问题经过翻译处理】我已经通过IAM和电子邮件向QuickSight添加了一些用户，并创建了一个组，但是无法将用户添加到组中：

进入右侧区域的Manage Group
选择组，在“添加用户”字段中输入其姓名/电子邮件地址
系统搜索后未找到用户

有任何想法为什么会发生这种情况吗？
