When you share a dashboard in CloudWatch, behind the scenes it will create an Amazon Cognito user pool called "CloudWatchDashboardSharing". Within this pool, you should see the user in question, and will be provided the option to reset this user's password.

Thank you for your response. It solved my problem.
For anyone not finding the Cognito user pool: My Dashboard is in region Frankfurt, but the automatically created user pool was in region N. Virginia.
The reset password option is greyed out at Amazon Cognito > User pools > CloudWatchDashboardSharing > User: xxxxx@ccc.com > Actions > Reset password
