As Amazon workspace is a managed service, AWS create automatic snapshot of workspace in every 12 hour. At the moment it is not possible to modify snapshot creation time.
It's possible to change the timing of the automatic snapshot schedule in Amazon WorkSpaces. By default, WorkSpaces takes a rebuild and restore snapshot every 12 hours, but you can modify this interval to meet your specific requirements.
Here's how you can change the timing of the snapshot schedule:
Open the Amazon WorkSpaces console and navigate to the "Snapshots" tab.
Click on the "Modify" button to change the snapshot schedule.
Choose a new schedule interval that works best for your users. For example, you could schedule snapshots to occur during off-peak hours when the VM usage is lower.
Save your changes and exit the console.
By changing the snapshot schedule, you can avoid the slowdowns that occur during the snapshot process and ensure that your WorkSpaces users can continue to work without interruption. Keep in mind that scheduling snapshot intervals too far apart could impact your data loss protection capabilities in the event of an incident.

This is inaccurate. As the other answer mentions, it is not currently possible to modify when snapshots occur.
