Cloud9 environment creation failed

Looking for your help in troubleshooting of Cloud9 environment creation. I tried to create an environment for the very first time ( with all defaults ) but keep getting the following error : " The environment creation failed with the error: The following resource(s) failed to create: [Instance]. Rollback requested by user.. "

Technical support does not know the answer, may be community can help me.

Cloud9 environments are created using CloudFormation. Take a look at the events for the stack and see if there is a more specific error listed there.
