Still being charged after deleting Glacier Vault

Hello.

Are there any S3 Glacier vaults left in the region where the charges are occurring?
When you view your bill, you can see the region in which you are being charged.
S3 Glacier vaults themselves are regional resources, so they need to be deleted in each region.
