Wokspaces, Bundles, Images are all empty/no resources but I can't still delete the directories.
I also tried using CLI command but it said it still has authorized application

In addition, I would suggest to go to Amazon Workspaces service via the console and from there check all kinds of resources: Directories, Workspaces, Bundles, Images to check if you still have active resources there that block destruction of AD.
