PutObjectCommand could we have a delay between response and fully written and stored file

Hi,

Jut wonder if there is a delay between getting response from PutObjectCommand about the upload details and fully written and stored file .

Sometimes after uploading I still need few sec to be able to use the file. Could it be the reason?
