Private VIF and Transit VIF on the same Direct connect

Absolutely, it is possible to have both Private & Transit VIF on the same Direct Connect Connection, provided it is a dedicated connection.

However, please note that this design will not work if a DX-GW is involved since you can only have either VGW/TGW attached to the DX-GW, but not both.

You cannot associate DXGW (DirectConnect Gateway) with VGW if it has TGW/TVIF associated and vice-versa.

Can you please guide me to some documentation that shows a sample configuration of a private and transit VIF on a networking device (Cisco/Juniper),etc?
