Based on the error message displayed Account XXXXXX is denied access
this action is an explicitly deny.
You should reach out to your admin that manages your AWS accounts and they should be able to assist you. Maybe some of your colleagues or your manager have done this before and could guide you in next steps. But my point is that this needs to be sorted out from your side.

Make sure your console user has the glue:CreateCrawler IAM permission.
It's possible it's another permissions missing, check the browser console in case it gives you more details.
