Why did quota go to 0 for Stability?

A few weeks ago I used the "On-demand InvokeModel requests per minute for Stability.ai Stable Image Core" service no problem, but now my account-level quota has been set to 0 despite the AWS default being 90. It doesn't give me an option to update this. Does anyone face this same issue and know how to solve it?
