AWS VPN Connection - how to enable remote computers to connect to each other?

I have a set of users (who are working from home) and who are connecting to my VPC via a AWS VPN Connection(s).

I want to allow for these users to connect to each other from wherever they are working.

Is this possible? Roughly, how can this be done?

A basic pointer will more than suffice!
