Dear friend first of all thank You verymuch for You support. of course I was able to get acccess using my this email before. but know if I wanted to get in my account using my email. I will enter my new account I have account numer from previous account but I have no idea how to use it anyway. Please brother help me as much as You can. I lost very important data in server
Did you have Multi-Factor Authentication enabled? If not it sounds like someone may have gained access to the account and changed your root email address. I recommend making a new account and opening a support case for assistance in account recovery.

Is it not possible to change the root user password using the steps in the document below? If the email address you registered with AWS is indeed correct, you should receive a password reset email from "@signin.aws" or "@verify.signin.aws". https://docs.aws.amazon.com/signin/latest/userguide/troubleshooting-sign-in-issues.html#troubleshoot-forgot-root-password
Also, were you able to sign in using the same email address before?
If you know your AWS account ID, I think it would be better to contact AWS from the URL below and ask them to help you recover your password. https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/aws-account-support/
Or, if you have created an IAM user, you may be able to sign in with the IAM user by following the steps in the document below. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/signin/latest/userguide/introduction-to-iam-user-sign-in-tutorial.html
