Machine Learning Certification - score card

Hi, I have taken Machine learning certification exam early this week. I did take couple certs in the past, know the process well. I have not received exam result for ML cert. I called PearsonVue, they said to call AWS training and certification. I can not find AWS training and certification contact number. In the past I received result on the same day, I did not have to wait 5 business days when test was delivered successfully by PearsonVue to AWS., people who have taken same cert did receive their result within 24 hours this week.
