Virtual Waiting Room on AWS

Hi Team,

How can we implement virtual waiting room in the AWS. I found some tutorial but that was not useful. My application is not using API gateway and lambda function. It work on cloud front and load balancer only. Can we use virtual waiting room for this application ?
