Quickbooks Desktop Update

Having difficulty updating my quickbooks desktop application. I have consulted with QB technical support, however, we could not update to the latest edition. They believe that it is a permission issue, can AWS update it for us? Is there a way to access the C: Drive?

Updating QuickBooks Desktop in an AWS-hosted environment requires local administrator privileges and direct access to the C:\ drive of the Windows instance where the application is installed. AWS does not manage QuickBooks updates; instead, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the Amazon EC2 instance or AWS WorkSpace hosting QuickBooks is properly configured with the necessary permissions and access to the local file system.
