Amazon Workmail Issue - Not able to receive emails

Hello,

I have recently created organization on Workmail and have added my users however we are not able to receive emails. I have tried sending an email with internal workmail account and from external domain as well but I get the same error that delivery failed.

I have checked, my domain's MX records are saved correctly and verified on AWS. I'm using a domain with third-party. All records are verified on AWS.

Hi,

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with receiving mail. If your MX record is correct email should flow to WorkMail. Do you have any other incoming rules configured in SES? If not what is the error message that you receive in the bounce message?
