How to access old elastic beanstalk instance

Hi, I had someone setup an elastic beanstalk instance for me over a decade ago with a tomcat server.

I want to access this server to get access to one of the files there, but I do not know how.

I have searched high and low on my dashboard "https://us-west-2.console.aws.amazon.com/ec2/home?region=us-west-2" but I still wouldn't have a clue where to start. it's like the dashboard is a foreign language to me!
