Based on your AWS Enterprise Support plan, you will automatically receive new AWS DevOps Agent credits in August without needing to take any action. The credit system works on a monthly cycle where credits are calculated as a percentage of the previous month's AWS Support charges and are automatically issued by the 10th day of each month.
Since you're on Enterprise Support, you receive a 75% credit based on your prior month's support spend. With your July support charges of $17,590, you should expect approximately $13,192 in AWS DevOps Agent credits to be automatically applied to your account by August 10th.
Important points to understand about the credit lifecycle: Credits are issued monthly based on the previous month's support charges, they apply only to AWS DevOps Agent usage within that month, and they expire at the end of each month if unused. Credits also cannot exceed your actual AWS DevOps Agent usage for the month. For example, if you only use $5,000 of AWS DevOps Agent services but have $13,192 in credits available, only $5,000 in credits will be applied and the remainder will expire.
You can monitor your current credit allotment and usage in the AWS Billing and Cost Management console. The credits will automatically offset your AWS DevOps Agent charges as part of your support plan investment, so there's no separate activation required.
