As I want to complete my AWS-Cloud Practioner(CP) to step into the cloud industry.For the exam purpose can I use the BENEFICIARY VOUCHER which was received by my friend when he completed his AWS-CP to avail the discount for the exam.

Unfortunately, you cannot use your friend's AWS certification beneficiary voucher. Here's why:

Non-transferable: AWS beneficiary vouchers are usually tied to the individual who earned them.
