Blue/Green deployment - IAM roles

Are IAM roles (associated with the Blue cluster) replicated to the Green one during the Blue/Green environment creation?

We used IAM Role to access S3 in an RDS Cluster, and the new green environment did not inherit this IAM role. We configured it manually after its creation.

If this refers to the PI/ enhanced monitoring IAM role, we reuse the IAM roles from blue on green.
