Escalation Request: CloudFront "Account must be verified" error

0

Hello AWS Team,

I am currently blocked from creating a new CloudFront distribution due to an AccessDenied exception: "Your account must be verified before you can add new CloudFront resources." I opened a support case a few days ago, but the restriction has not been lifted.

Could an AWS staff member please help escalate my case to the verification team so this block can be removed?

Thank you for your help.

I understand you're experiencing an 'Account must be verified' error when trying to create a CloudFront distribution. This is a security measure that AWS implements for new accounts or accounts that need additional verification before provisioning certain resources.

To resolve this issue, the best course of action is to continue working through the AWS Support Center at https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/. You can add additional correspondence to your existing case to provide any requested information or check on the status of your verification.

The verification process is handled by AWS's account verification team, and they work through support cases in the order they're received. If you haven't received a response yet, it may still be in progress. You can also review your AWS Support plan options, as higher-tier support plans typically offer faster response times for cases that require urgent attention.

While waiting for verification, ensure you've provided any information that may have been requested in previous correspondence, as this can help expedite the process. The verification team will work to resolve your access as quickly as possible once they review your case.

Hi,

So sorry for the concern. Our Account & Billing team will be happy to help. Make sure you've reviewed the last response on your case for next steps: go.aws/support-center.
