Please submit a ticket to the AWS Training & Certification customer support team, and they will provide assistance. If you already submitted a case, please allow at least 48 hrs to get a response.
I've asked the support team and here is the answer:
The Introduction to AWS Elastic Beanstalk training is currently under maintenance and is unavailable due to course material updates or retirement. If the course remains unavailable after 2 business days, then it has probably been retired and is being replaced by another similarly named course. Since it's more than 2 business days, the course has probably retired or being replaced by similarly named course.
AWS Jam Journeys are currently undergoing maintenance. AWS Skill Builder subscribers won't be able to access, launch, or progress in AWS Jam Journeys.

Is AWS Elastic Beanstalk digital training a part of AWS Jam Journeys? The training is free, and I'm not an AWS Skill Builder subscriber, this shouldn't affect me, right?
Hey Artiom, answering your question, no, AWS Elastic Beanstalk digital training is not part of AWS Jam Journey. I was searching for course "Introduction to AWS Elastic Beanstalk" in the AWS SKill Builder and I didn't find any course available with that name, probably that course was retired from the AWS Skill Builder. As option, I would recommend to try this one Deploying Applications with AWS Elastic Beanstalk, this course introduces the student to the AWS Elastic Beanstalk service and it is free.
