aws inspector showing vulnerabilities for google chrome even if i dont have google chrome installed on my instances

Hi, i can see vulnerabilities for google chrome in my inspector but i dont have google chrome installed in my instances can anyone help me understand why it is flagging vulnerabilities for chrome ?

Might be good if you could provide more details but the first situation that comes to mind is that you might have software installed that provides its own version of Chrome, such as Electron based applications. (Slack would be one example of such an app.)
