Hi, I am looking to have an email distribution list added automatically to additional contact info when I open a support case with AWS. Is there a way to achieve this?

    Thanks for your response. My question is not related to SES. When opening an AWS support case, there is a field for additional contacts, I would like to have an email distribution list added automatically there when a support case is opened. But I think alternate contacts for operations would work for me now, thanks.
