Hello I have a lightsail that is quite used, yesterday I rebooted but it is stuck pending, what should I do to get it back to normal?

I already made a ticket in the developer package but the status is Work in progress
more than 17 hours I'm afraid, 1 day I was contacted by many users even though it was only 3 but I am very responsible with it, I hope you can understand it, thank you
