Elastic Beanstalk's "Configuration" tab fails with error "TypeError: Invalid attempt to destructure non-iterable instance" when viewing

I have 2 ElasticBeanstalk environments, and in only 1 of them, when attempting to view the "Configuration" tab it fails with the error

TypeError: Invalid attempt to destructure non-iterable instance.
In order to be iterable, non-array objects must have a [Symbol.iterator]() method.

It seems like a bug as I haven't made any changes. The "Configuration" tab works correctly for the other environment. I've tried multiple browsers and waiting a few weeks in case it got fixed by them internally.

Any ideas?
