海外账号使用EMR，创建notebook的release version是emr-5.33.0，创建的notebook一直显示kernel有问题，start kernel error。

可以使用EMR 6.3.0版本 https://stackoverflow.com/questions/61951352/notebooks-on-emr-aws-failed-to-start-kernel，或者使用一个IAM user登入console而非root user
